Spinal flexion, or forward bending, is an essential movement but can be stiff and/or painful for many people. The following Alo Moves classes help to develop improved spinal flexion. Remember that yoga postures should not be painful and if you experience pain in a pose you should slowly move into a comfortable position. Please consult with a physical therapist if you are questioning your readiness for spinal flexion.
