Alo Moves is full of classes that can help promote strength development

When it comes to strength, Dylan Werner is our favorite instructor. Even his beginner classes can be an incredible challenge, so don’t feel defeated if you have to routinely take breaks from the classes. You will get stronger with each class. Be aware that advanced poses (e.g., tripod headstand) are worked into even the beginner classes. Always listen to your body and modify poses that you don’t feel ready for.
